Great spot! Located in the same parking lot as Vons and in n out. We absolutely love the Oreo and plain bubble waffles--so delicious, especially when they're hot and fresh. The Oreo milk tea with cheese foam, brown sugar milk tea with boba, and taro smoothie were all fantastic. The only downside is the service, which can be a bit slow, and it gets even more chaotic on weekends. Despite that, it was a positive experience overall!

Yesterday, I went to the Happy Lemon x Genshin Impact collab, and it was great! I went exactly at 11 AM when their doors open, and there was already a small line gathered in the front. I'm not sure why certain people are complaining on here that the lines are long... It's because there's a special collab event going on!!! Even though there was a line, everyone in line waited patiently and we were all pretty excited to get our hands on the exclusive Genshin Impact merch! The baristas were super nice and they were trying their best to keep up with the long line with only 2 of them working at the front. When they took my order, I forgot to change my sweetness level, so I went back and asked for 50% sweetness, and the barista gladly changed it right away with no wait or hesitation, and she was super accommodating! They honestly did an amazing job. Now on with the drink. It was so delicious! I got the Klee Tea-puccino with Pink Cream and Pop Rocks. The base of the drink was their regular Milk Tea with Lychee Jelly and Boba. If you don't like super sweet things, I definitely recommend getting 50% sweetness. The drink was the perfect level of sweetness for me, the tea tasted really good and the toppings were very delicious as well. All in all, the event went smoothly. No customer seemed frustrated, and everyone was so happy to receive their drinks and Genshin Impact merchandise. The baristas were sweet and welcoming and the drinks came out very delicious. Would definitely come back again!

When I'm in San Diego, I usually visit the Convoy location, but since I was in the area, tried the CV location out. I ordered a large strawberry green tea with boba (subbed out lychee jelly). Boba was cooked very well at this location. However, drinks took a super long time to come out for 3-4 people in front of us. Open to trying this location out again! Not too hard to find parking here. You can use your NorCal rewards car in Socal locations too!

The drinks and service are pretty good. I've had Happy Lemon in LA area before, I do think that the milk teas (green milk tea and regular milk tea) can use more heavy tea flavor. However the creme brulee drinks are delish. Highly recommend those.

Came here for boba after getting dinner nearby. I got the milk tea boba which was really good! We also shared a waffle, which was a bubble waffle. They do half and half flavors so we tried the original and oreo, with the puff cream on the side. Personally I liked the oreo better, it had more flavor. The puff cream was also unique, it was slightly salty which was a good contrast to all the sugar. The staff here were super nice and helpful. There is quite a few seats available to sit at. Unfortunately I did not see any outlets if you need to sit and charge while working.
